The morning of Anne’s cousin’s wedding, Anne, to her fiancé Mike (yes, Anne and Mike invited Anne and Mike to their wedding) saw us have enough time to make use of the pool to cool off as the sun was beating down, before getting dressed to head for Ca’s Xorc, a former olive mill on the hillside overlooking Sóller. To say that the location was stunning is somewhat of an understatement, and this favourite hideaway of the rich and famous justifiably deserved its reputation (apparently Claudia Schiffer stays regularly and Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones had stayed the week before).

The wedding was great, with much of Anne’s family over from Ireland - I lost count of the number of cousins, as well as the number of mojitos I consumed. Many congratulations to Matt and Kezia today too, we’re sorry we couldn’t be in two places at once.
