The weather turned for the worse with the return of the rain that Mallorca had been “enjoying” the previous week, which made drying our washing a little more difficult that hoped (you have to use the facilities whilst you get the chance, especially as we have accidently left our washing machine, a.k.a. the blue barrel kindly donated by Andy and Jane, at Bob’s in France - we’ll collect it on our way back east). In true British fashion we still had a BBQ in the evening despite the inclement weather, and found the Mallorcans do a very tasty chicken sausage (I don’t think it’s a particular speciality though, just a random choice in the supermarket). Apparently Mallorca hasn’t experienced this much rain for 130 years, it was pouring down before we arrived though, so it has nothing to do with us.
