Tuesday 2nd February - Igoumenitsa to Venice

It was still dark as we boarded the ferry, but there were no car queues to negotiate as it seems to be mainly trucks crossing at this time of year.  We were shown to our cabin and had breakfast before we both went back to bed to catch up on sleep.  In fact, we spent the day sleeping and reading, which was a nice change of pace from all the driving of the last few days.
